Inns of Virginia. Annual Exhibition “I Mean, C’mon Fluff My Pillow.” Installation: “Lament of the Water

This looped audio installation (including the accompanying portrait, framed on the sink) was a narrative piece from the perspective of that lowly water-closet denizen, the water bug.  The exhibition was a series of installations that took place throughout the famous inns of Virginia, with various pieces occupying various rooms; my room was a bathroom.  So, this was site-specific in a way, and more general in a way, as well.
